Estefania (Stefany) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries with a dual emphasis in Youth Ministry and Counseling. Stefany is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families, meeting clients where they are and supporting their social-emotional growth.
Stefany has experience working with neurodivergent youth, including children with autism and ADHD, and provides affirming, individualized care tailored to each child’s unique needs. She uses clinical approaches that include cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, dialectical behavior, family systems, and solution-focused therapies.
In addition to individual therapy, Stefany works with parents and families, facilitates the Elementary Adventures (3rd–5th grade) Social Skills Group, and runs the Study Buddies homework tutoring group. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
