Jess is a licensed clinical social worker. She received her MSW with a concentration in children and families from the Erikson Institute, and her BA in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago.
In working with clients, Jess often takes a psychodynamic and family systems approach, focusing on early childhood experiences and attachment relationships. Jess utilizes play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques in supporting clients to utilize their strengths and achieve their goals. In addition to working with individuals and families, Jess oversees the social skills program and facilitates workshops to youth and adults through the SHARE program. She provides services in English and Spanish.
