Whitney joined Youth Services in 2024 and brings experience in community health, nonprofit consulting, and fundraising. She served as a Community Health Educator with the Peace Corps in Mozambique before continuing her work in public health at Chicago House and Social Service Agency. She later transitioned into fundraising as a Campaign Director with CCS Fundraising, where she helped nonprofit organizations secure more than $11 million in philanthropic support.
As Development Manager for Grants and Individual Giving, Whitney leads the agency’s grant strategy, overseeing foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities. She is a Certified Grant Writer who develops grant proposals and reports, supports donor stewardship and annual giving initiatives, and works closely with program staff to communicate impact and secure resources that expand access to mental health services for children, teens, and families.
